Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be fair and transparent.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat within 12 months if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellations

More than 30 days before the retreat: 50% refund of total amount paid (excluding deposit), or full credit toward a future retreat.
15–30 days before the retreat: 25% refund (excluding deposit), or 50% credit toward a future retreat.
Less than 15 days before the retreat: No refund. Partial credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows / Early Departures
No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows or early departures during the retreat.

Medical or Emergency Cancellations
In the case of a documented medical emergency, partial credit may be issued toward a future retreat at our discretion.

Retreat Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel or reschedule a retreat, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a future retreat date.
